At Tambov State Medical University Admission Services, we are committed to providing transparent admission support. Please read our refund policy carefully before applying.

1. Admission Processing Fee

Any registration, application, documentation, or processing fee paid is non-refundable once the admission process has started.

2. University Fee

Tuition fee refunds, if applicable, are governed solely by the official policies of Tambov State Medical University. Students must follow the university's refund procedure and eligibility criteria.

3. Visa Rejection

If a student’s visa is rejected, any refund (if applicable) will be processed only after submission of the official visa rejection letter and other required documents. Processing or service charges may apply.

4. Withdrawal by Student

If a student voluntarily withdraws after confirmation of admission or issuance of admission documents, consultancy and processing charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will generally be processed within 30–45 working days after verification of all required documents.
